On Friday Emily and I took Zephyr and Boo to try Canix (running with your dog). As it was the first time we had done this we decided a mile would be enough for them (and it was). Including all the sudden stops to sniff/pee it took us 14 minutes…. I am sure we can improve on that!
We followed it up with a walk and a swim and I had a very tired dog for the rest of the day.
